Jeanie Marie Buss, an American businesswoman from America. She is currently the president and the controlling owner of Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association. Buss is a California native, Buss was raised in an upper class family. The father of her Jerry Buss was a real-estate businessman who became proprietor of the Lakers and other sports businesses. After her parents divorced in 1972 and she started to feel in a sense of being abandoned emotionally. In 1972, at age 19, she began working in the family business. She then founded in the Los Angeles Blades team of professional roller hockey. The position she held was president of Great Western Forum prior to becoming vice-president for the Lakers. Buss was the inheritor of Lakers ownership Lakers through her father's estate in the year 2013. Her five siblings took over the franchise through an estate trust. she assumed the duties of the head for the Los Angeles Lakers. Buss co-owns Women of Wrestling an pro-wrestling promotional business based out of Los Angeles.
